1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Create Minutes website and associated services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Jobbkort AS (“Jobbkort,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Service Description

The Service provides tools that help you structure and export meeting minutes. The Service does not store your meeting data beyond what is necessary to generate outputs in the current session. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and any outputs you generate.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, access data not intended for you, or introduce malicious code.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Jobbkort disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the outputs produced will meet your expectations or requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobbkort AS, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party using the Service; (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (iv) any other matter relating to the Service. You acknowledge that you use the Service entirely at your own risk.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jobbkort AS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, expense, or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
